Mr. Sarratt earned his BSEE degree from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1986 with a specialization in Electromagnetic Theory and Applications. Since that time he has spent his entire career involved in wireless technology, first as an antenna design engineer at Texas Instruments and then gaining experience in other areas of business at companies like Filtronic Comtek, Powerwave Technologies and Prism Microwave. His current skills involve sales, marketing, account management, manufacturing and process technologies as well as business and personnel management. Mr. Sarratt brings 30 years of industry experience to Integrity Microwave and has responsibilities for the overall business and it's operations.

Mr. Smith earned his MSEE degree from the University of Houston in 1992 with a specialization in Electromagnetics as well. Since that time, Mr. Smith has held various antenna design and development positions with companies like Lockheed Sanders, Decibel Products, Allgon, Navini Networks and Cisco Systems. His current skills include complex antenna and filter synthesis, product design and development as well as manufacturing and process technologies. Mr. Smith brings 25 years of industry experience to Integrity Microwave and is responsible for all product design, development, qualification and technical activities within the company.
